What is the best treatment for 11s deep wrinkles? Botox? And serums or creams?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, serums and creams will not eliminate those stubborn 11 lines, caused by years of muscle movement. Botox or Dysport are great options to soften or eliminate those lines. If the lines are deep, multiple treatments (every 3-4 months) may be needed to get the results you desire. A small amount of filler can be used if the line is particularly deep.
