Hi….This is a minor blip in your recovery even though it seems horrible to you.  Chemosis is a collection of fluid under the mucous membrane covering the eyes and this can sometimes be much more than you are having now.  Steroidal drops or lubricants can hasten the absorption of the fluid and all will be fine.  Having said this, it is always recommended that you present this to your surgeon and make sure that he/she is comfortable with the approach to the issue.

Hi,  You are VERY new post treatment and the approach at this time is to stay calm and realize that an applicator bruising can be present but in almost all cases, this will fade and need no treatment whatsoever.  You can discuss with your doctor but you do not need lasers or any of the treatments that we have unless this area persists and then there are many ways to approach any irregularities.

In my practice, you would have a more aggressive liposuction and this should give a great improvement.  Many times, plastic surgeons are hesitant to do more aggressive liposuction and this is fine but others feel comfortable to go after fatty tissue areas that are just waiting for that suction cannula !!!!!!
