Thank you for your question. It is very uncommon to have a JP drain for as long as you have with the drain output of 60-90 cc in a 24 hour period. Please contact your plastic surgeon to discuss drain management and treatment. Options for high JP drain output include reoperation or treating the drain cavity by injecting medicine.

Pain in your nipple 6 years after a breast reduction is likely not related to your breast reduction surgery. You don't mention in your question how long your nipple pain has been present. Please revisit your plastic surgeon for an exam soon to discuss your concerns about nipple pain. Good luck!

Thank you for the question. It is very normal for you to be sore and have nipple sensitivity 3 weeks after breast augmentation surgery. Be patient as you heal. Most soreness is gone by 6 weeks and nipple sensitivity between 3 to 6 months post op. Keep all post op appointments with your plastic surgeon and discuss any questions you directly with your operating surgeon. Good luck!
