Hi there,I think it would be important to find out the type of filler you had injected.Once you know this info, you may consider trying a different filler next time as you may have a mild sensitivity to the product.Also, this looks like a broken capillary that may be from injection site. Hi there,I think it is difficult based on you smiling to see the lack of cheek volume, however, fillers in a young patient do very well to mask the under eye hollowing and add projection to the cheek.I would recommend a restylane product to do this as they look very good under the eye and do not have a tindle (blue color) effect.Hope that helps,Dr. Joelle Lieman

Hi there,I would recommend treating the skin first and primarily with either a resurfacing Co2 laser, a skin tightening laser or microneedling. You could then use PRP or exosomes to enhance collagen production. If that is satisfactory, I would not do filler, however if the hollows still concern you, you could do filler after that.Hope that helps,Dr. Joelle Lieman

Hi there,I would recommend lateral cheek projection, and augmentation to lift lower face and based on these non-profile pics, I would recommend chin augmentation. You may also like jaw filler to make more of a V-shape to the face.Hope that helps.

Hi there, I would be concerned that reducing your fat in the thigh area by coolsculpting may limit the amount of fat that they transfer from your thighs for BBL. I would recommend doing CoolSculpting AFTER your BBL if you still have concerns.

I recommend 2 weeks between treatments on either side. Filler can truly be done day of but may be quite tender the next day. I hope this helps.

I would recommend seeing your surgeon that did the labiaplasty. They could easily repair that area with an episiotomy repair. If you do not want to do surgery, you could try a radio frequency device (like Viveve) which I use to treat patients externally and have great results. Other alternatives are microneedling with PRP (platelet rich plasma). Good luck, and I hope that helps.

Unfortunately P-shot is temporary in that it builds vasculature helping with erectile function. The average male patient will do a P-shot annually to assist in erectile function. I hope this helps answer your question.

Your photos are helpful to see your masseters. I would be careful of treating only the TMJ since it could cause less structure in the lower face. If the TMJ causes you pain, I would treat it, but consider a filler/hylaronic acid to fill in the "sulcus" or area around chin. Hope this helped.

Unfortunately it is not safe as the metal or titanium can become heated and cause issues. The company recommends against any metal implant and use of CoolTone.
