I would say that a breast lift would not help your situation. You do have a relative excess of skin and a real loss of volume, but a mastopexy would not significantly improve things . Without the added volume of an implant or fat transfer, your options are limted

It is always difficult to be dealing with such an open wound after surgery. If you indeed had a mastectomy, I would need to know what type of reconstruction you had. If you had an autologous tissue (flap) reconstruction, and there is no implant, then this wound will heal with local wound care. It will likely take weeks. At such an early point after a tummy tuck it is quite normal to experience both firmness and numbness of the skin. Remember that your skin was lifted up off your fascia and that elevation disrupts a significant portion of the blood and nerve supply. Your skin should soften and the numbness should gradually diminish over time.

Your photos seem to show a significant convexity or bulging in your lower abdomen. This is fairly common to varying degrees after pregnancy. In your case, the bulging is significant and may be due to a generalized laxity of your musculo-fascial layer or to a diastasis recti. In either case, correction of the diastasis and tightening of the muscle and fascia can help restore your contour.
I have had 9 c-sections and want to know if a tummy tuck is possible.

Just because you had 9 prior C sections should not preclude you from havining a tummy tuck. See a board certified plastic surgeon for a thorough evaluation to determine if you are a good surgical candidate. My guess is that if you are in good medical condition you will benefit from a body contour procedure
