There could be multiple reasons for upper abdominal bulging. It is very hard without examining you reasons could be some retained fat. Some muscle sutures may not be intact. You have a fluid pocket that hasn’t resolved ( seroma cavity). It is best to get evaluated in person by a plastic surgeon

Hello. The best answer is to ask your surgeon if you are concerned. There are going to be good weeks and bad weeks over the first six months of recovery. Most of the time this improves without Difficulty. 4 months should be enough time for your muscle repair to be healed

It seems like you have very little scarring. You could continue trying skin scar creams or some mild laser treatments. However you will always retain the scar. Just trying to make it look even less apparent

Hello. Usually after breast eduction surgery. We recommend to hold off on using chest muscles and maybe driving for at least a week. Then it is case by case depending on short distances of driving and not using pain medications most people can drive for some distances after a week

Hello. It appears from your photo that you don’t have a lot of loose skin which is when we perform brachioplasty ( arm lift). These surgeries are done with a significant incision but in patients with excessive loose skin. I think better options avaialbale for you include skin tightening procedures. Good luck

Hello. Liposuction is a great option. There is little downtime and quick recovery. Bruising and swelling will take some time but usually patients return to work in less than a week. Good luck
