Hello, and thanks for your question. While coffee shouldn’t directly affect the absorption rate of fillers or your results, it can have separate effects on your skin. Caffeine consumption can cause dehydration, which can make the skin appear less voluminous and even a little “sunken in,” especially in areas like under your eyes, where the skin is thinner. Great question, thanks for asking. Most physicians will recommend that you avoid very strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours after getting BOTOX. The main concern is that strenuous exercise soon after your injections could cause the product to move and may affect your final results. It may also increase the risk of bruising.
