Most dermal fillers are sold by the unit or syringe therefore each syringe of Juvederm (hopefully its Juvederm-Volbella since you mentioned you are wanting to do your lips) contains 1ML of product. With most patients, anywhere between 1 to 2 ML of Juvederm is more than enough for lip plumping as well as removing those vertical lines around the mouth. Now if you want more contour and definition I would recommend adding PDO...

Hello based on the photos you have submitted it does not appear that you require additional Kybella treatments especially since each additional treatments can be costly. You have many other alternatives from Ultherapy to more invasive procedures but it would be best to contact a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon if you are thinking going a more invasive route.
