What’s the best type of non-invasive body contouring procedure for upper arms?
Bat Wings
Jul 18, 2017
Hello! You need an expert consultation. Are your arms fat, or is it skin laxity? If it is skin laxity you will not be a candidate for Coolsculpting – as there is no fat to destroy. The arms are definitely a treatable area for the right candidate. During your consultation they can also access your stomach and see if it is subcutaneous fat or visceral fat and let you know if you are a candidate in that area as well.
How many days does bruising last on cool Sculpting for the inner thigh?
Coolsculpting and bruising.
Jul 18, 2017
Hello! This is a great question. Because each person is so unique and have different metabolisms and healing aspects, everyone bruises differently. I have seen patients bruise on their flanks and not on their abdomen, I have seen patients bruise for 7-10 days and I have seen patients who never bruise at all. It really depends on your body’s healing process.
Is cool sculpting a good option for me?
Coolsculpting a good option?
Jul 18, 2017
Hello! Everyone has one stubborn area they just. cant. get. rid. of. From looking at your pictures you appear to be a great candidate, but I would see an expert provider to have a detailed consultation. Its hard to tell in a photo if your area is visceral fat or subcutaneous fat, and if the fat is graspable by the hands.
Can Coolsculpting work for overweight individuals? I had an over active thyroid and received a radiat
Coolsculpting and weight
Jul 18, 2017
This is a great question! I have a staff member in my office who is in the same situation you are in and she had fantastic results with her bra fat. Because Coolsculpting is targeting and destroying fat cells, your weight is not an issue – if you’re realistic about your goals. Coolsculpting is not a means of weight loss, only fat reduction of specific areas. It can also serve as a stepping stone to get you on track with your diet and exercising once you start seeing your body change. As…
I want to get Coolsculpting for my lower abdomen. How many applicators will I need?
How many applicators will I need?
Jul 18, 2017
Our practice is to perform a detailed consultation for each patient so we can actually see and feel the area you want treated. There are many factors including what type of fat you have (visceral vs. subcutaneous) and how graspable your abdomen is. The procedure can be performed by a certified technician, the company offers a lot of training tools and Coolsculpting University for hands on training. What sets our practice apart is we were the first in our area to have the machine,…
Would I be an ideal candidate for Coolsculpting?
Curves Ahead!
Jul 18, 2017
We require a detailed consultation before giving any expectations about the outcome of your treatment. There are so many factors present, like visceral versus subcutaneous fat, and how much fat your lower abdomen, sides and inner thighs have that are graspable. With Coolsculpting it is often favorable to purchase more treatments at once, as the price starts discounting after 2 treatment areas. Our practice strives to provide our clients with the most hourglass figure…
Fever post cool sculpting?
Fever
Jun 5, 2017
There should be no correlation to Coolsculpting and or fever. Possibly this is how your body responds to the treatment, however this far out, that would be unlikely. Contact treating office for a follow up.

Arm treatment
Jun 5, 2017
From your pictures it appears you would be a good candidate for Coolsculpting. There are many other treatments available, it all depends on how invasive you want it to be. There would be no downtime nor surgical intervention needed. Research all the risks with each, and find a certified practice that can give you a consult to give your treatment. Goodluck in your decisions.
Does CoolSculpting tighten the skin on the treated area?
Skin questions
Jun 5, 2017
Coolsculpting only targets fat. That can be fine if your skin is very elastic and will bounce back with ease after the fat is flushed away. But some people might notice a bit of sagging in the treated area, especially if they’ve lost elasticity or they had some sagging to begin with before the treatment.
Depending on your circumstances or your preference, it might make sense to have surgery, such as a tummy tuck or thigh lift, to take care of any loose skin after Coolsculpting. A q…
Coolsculpting. I am obese, has anyone treated obese patients with any result?
Considerations
Jun 5, 2017
Thanks for great question, while optimally Coolsculpting is for those stubborn pockets AFTER someone is at or near their ideal weight. There are some patients that are not quite there and have gone ahead with Coolsculpting and got amazing results using the CoolAdvantage Plus applicator. It is meant for larger/thicker areas and helps get most motivated to keep losing weight with lifestyle changes and exercise. Goodluck in your consideration of Coolsculpting.
Cool sculpting post treatment fat?
Fat redepositing?
Jun 5, 2017
Thanks for question, after treatment to an area, the fat cells destroyed are eliminated from the body.
These fat cells are naturally processed and eliminated, so they won’t migrate to another area of your body. And, unlike what happens with other procedures, there’s no change to fat cells in untreated areas.*

CoolSculpting pain with new machine that takes less time?
Less time, less pain
Jun 2, 2017
There has been a drastic decrease in the pain and post treatment issues with the release of the newest applicators from Zeltiq last fall. The CoolAdvantage applicators are what they are called. Patients report less bruising, less pain and quicker results with this latest technology. Hope this helps you in your decision.
Will coolsculpting be successful if I’m taking supplements to gain weight?
Gainz!
Jun 2, 2017
The Coolsculpting will only effect the treatment area, the pocket you are looking to lose. It is NOT a weight loss treatment, although it does a great job motivating people to change their lifestyle. If you maintain a healthy eating plan and work on gaining muscle where you want it (#growabooty) then treating your abdomen would be great. Goodluck and may the gainz be with you! 🙂
Had 2 CoolSculpting treatments on my arms 3 months ago. Now I have no results & no money. What can I
Proper technique on arms?
May 31, 2017
Thanks for question, there is no guarantee of results, as with any aesthetic procedure. I would suggest contacting the office to see what the treatment plan called for, sometimes it does take more than one or two treatment to an area to see results. Further questions would be what applicator did they use, and was they placed correctly. You may see results as late as 16 weeks from treatment session, so stay positive for good results. 😉
CoolSculpting for Double Chin?
Double it up?
May 31, 2017
Yes the chin is a very common area to be treated with Coolsculpting, as many find it hard to ‘work’ this area out 😉 The technique has been perfected by Zeltiqs outstanding technology with the Cool Mini applicator. As for the face Coolsculpting is not done there. Below jaw line there are many options. Each patient is unique in how many treatments will be needed. Find a certified practice, ask to see their before and after pictures, and schedule a consult for…
