Upper body exercises must not include strenuous work such as pectorals muscle exercise until 6 to 8 weeks after surgery. Bouncing exercises are also generally restricted until after this time as well. Specific restrictions are best answered by your surgeon based on how your healing is progressing.

Suture spitting after a breast lift can continue for 2 to 3 months and occasionally longer. You are in this period of post operative healing. Just advise and see your plastic surgeon and do not worry. In my experience healing, even with suture spitting, continues to be as good in the final outcome as when spitting does not occur. Temporarily discontinue the scar therapy at the site of spitting until it has healed.

You should voice your concerns to your plastic surgeon. If they can reassure you to your satisfaction, then nothing further is needed. If you still have doubts, a magnetic imaging study would be necessary, but even this may not be able to answer your question. You are still early enough that re-exploreing the implant pocket area to be sure all capsule is removed could be done.

When you are trying on implant sizers in the office, you are placing them on your skin. Plastic surgeons often will choose an implant one sizer larger for the implant used in surgery because the implant is place deep under your chest tissues. The projection can be somewhat less than what you saw with the sizer on your skin surface. By going up one size we are more likely to achieve the look you like with the sizer in the office.
