Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. Your question is a little difficult to answer because I am not sure when you had Botox placed. I tend to see the most slimming about 1 month after Botox is injected into the masseters. 20 units of Botox to the each masseter in a male is a very conservative dose. My recommendation is to wait for the full effect of the Botox and then consider additional Botox and dermal fillers. Good luck!

Hello,Initially the bump could have been from bruising and swelling. The bump that you see is most likely from the Belotero that you had injected.
