How much does lidocaine that has already been added to the syringe by the manufacturer replace the
No

The lidocaine that comes with the syringe is in its powder form, so it does not change the quantity of the HA. Doctors used to premix it in its liquid form, which gave it a but more volume but affected the physical properties of the actual filler.

Correct placement is key
May 18, 2019
When injected in the right plane and using the right filler and technique, then placement of fillers in the temples will do wonders aesthetically. Granted they are considered to be a relative danger area, but being adept in anatomy deters possibility of potential complications. You would need to see a highly skilled practitioner to have this procedure performed. As for aspiration, according to a study published in Dermatologic Surgery journal, a negative aspiration does not guarantee that …

Correct placement is key
Jan 11, 2019
There is a high chance that the fillers are being incorrectly placed. There have been a number of reported cases of tear trough injections where the fillers are placed over the retaining ligament (above the line) and the filler moves behind the globe of the eye.

Fillers will do wonders
Jan 11, 2019
The use of fillers for the treatment of cheek augmentation has become the gold standard. Placement of the fillers in the correct planes will allow the material to help augment the cheeks and can also decrease the appearance of a nasolabial fold and the tear troughs. Sometimes that may be the only thing you need. After augmentation of the mid cheeks, the tear troughs and NLFs are analyzed for any possibility of augmentation. You will notice that minimum amount may be needed for those areas …
Mouth corners slightly turned down. Would Botox provide me with the subtle lift I am looking for?
Putting in a filler might do just the trick.
Jun 1, 2017
While the DAO is the main muscle that causes the marionette lines, the lines from the corner of the mouth to the chin, the angles of the mouth might be treated with a soft filler. Adding the material will provide an up turned effect to the mouth and can do the job. Botulinum tocin, while great, may lead to a crooked smile if injected incorrectly and at the the age of 18, the filler may do just the trick.
Can I get Botox, Vobella?
Both may be administered but…
May 31, 2017
While both botulinum toxin and filler injection may be injected at the same time, your injector should know which procedure to do first. Filler injections require massage and physical manipulation and thus should be performed first, especially if they will be followed by botulinum toxin injection in the same area immediately after. It is important, though, to tell patients that in a perfect world, botulinum toxin injection is injected first and then after their full effect, at about 7 to 10…
Can I continue getting professional back and neck massages after facial and lip fillers?
Fillers and Massages
May 5, 2016
It is highly recommended that manipulation of the face remains at a minimum for about 2 week after injection of fillers to the face. Other parts of the body can be massaged without any issue, however you may be placed in a certain position that would cause an increased pressure onto the face. Caution is recommended.
