What you listed will add to the redness. The answer : IPL ( not truly a laser ) & time. What you have listed treat texture ( pits/depressions) not color. Cool water for washing & treatment of active acne to prevent recurrence will help. Douglas Hamilton,M.D., S. Cal.

Yes; only association with a flare would be coincidental. Your upper lip dermatitis could be from contact with food, etc. or seborrheic which may be aggravated by stress ; you don t want to get much stronger than hydrocortisone for treatment. Douglas Hamilton, M.D. S. Cal.

Hi. You have been on the right track but possibly on the wrong horse. There are 2 parts to the answer: #1 Laser- only a fraxelated laser will work: industry leader/standard is Fraxel- other types can t go deep enough safely. #2 Bellafiill - like silicone it stimulates collagen ( to elevate ) but unlike silicone : it produces some immediate fill also & will not migrate ( I use Silicone 1000 only in the lips where it can t migrate ). Your cheeks are fine: equal to most in their 20's; the eyes - as is almost uniformly the case in all of us - is the giveaway .
