This is not generally a dangerous combination. I feel that this is a very powerful and underutilized combination for recontouring the waist and abdomen with the additional benefit in additional perceived buttock projection without buttock augmentation.

You have a very common question. Yes umbilical hernia repair and abdominoplasty are often don at the same setting. If your surgeon is trained in general surgery, he/she may very often fix the hernia without the involvement of another surgeon. This should not be an issue, however discussing your surgeons comfort and familiarity with this repair is important.

Is 300cc or 350cc saline better for short petite frame?

Thank you for your question. Your descriptions are very helpful. Given that the implants that you are choosing from have very little different in fill volume (25cc), I would go with your gut feeling. If you are drawn to the larger size then by all means go with that. In my experience, when patients are choosing between implants of very similar size it make sense to choose the larger.Good Luck

Given your pics it does seem that your best long term result will be from getting a mastopexy and breast augmentation. Yes a dual plane 3 may given you a improved nipple position in your lateral photo, however the larger implant and extended dissection needed will result in a breast that is lower in your chest wall and not a perkier youthful appearance

Given the size of the area in question and the appearance of you skin. I would strongly consider using no excisional attempts for treatment first. I have seen very good results in this area with lipo and with coolsculpting.

Right implant still too high almost 6 months later. Will they settle?

Thanks for your question. Given you photos it does appear that the right implant is slightly higher. Given that you have a well healed capsule (scar around the implant) by now. I would not expect the implant to move on its own. You should discuss a revision with you BCPS.

From you pics it appears that you have had some injury to your skin. This may be related to blood supply or burn. You should definitely be caring for that skin with an ointment and discussing his with your surgeon. Lack of care of this skin injury may worsen the pigmentation irregularities that may result from this injury.

From what you have indicated it sounds like your first saline implants may have been placed on top of the muscle, thus increasing the rippling you saw. If the new implants were placed under the muscle then the animation deformity you see is quite common. You should speak to you PS and get more information.

It appears that you have a common (very small) separation a the T point which is often treated with topical neosporin and gauze. When it is healed you should start scar control measures. My favorite is silicone sheeting for two months followed by scar creams for 4 months.

Hi, from your photo it appears that you have a suture that is sticking through the skin. These are easily dealt with be your surgeon or nurse.

Yes you should see your PS ASAP. From the appearance they implant will have to be removed and you will likely need some long term antibiotics with a revision later.

Your situation is a common one. Many women have upper breast deflation after weight loss and post reduction. This can often be improve with volumization (implant or fat grafting ) and may at times need to have some skin revision. If you surgeon has VECTRA XT, have them do a simulation to give you a better idea of post operative results with each approach.
