Implant size is related to height and weight but also to the shape and width of your chest and the available skin.Ask your surgeon why he or she thinks it is the wrong size (too big) for you. Your surgeon may be concerned of creating a secondary deformity and is the only one who has actually examined you.

It is possible to do your full abdomen and inner and outer thighs all at one sitting, especially if you have a lower body mass index. You must otherwise be a good candidate for lipo as well.

I think you would be most pleased with your outcome if your breasts are reshaped with a "lift" and only if you want them larger as well do you need an augmentation. No tummy tuck addresses the flanks. You are too soon to have the lateral laxity addressed and likely you will need the laxity addressed all the way posterior, another procedure and different from a tummy tuck, extended or otherwise. Give the tissues time to heal.....9 to 12 months or more so everything can settle down and the swelling go away. Only then can residual skin laxity be assessed and a plan formulated.
