Swelling is normal and asymmetric swelling can happen as it can with any other area. Have your surgeon check it out just to be sure that things are on track. As for the incision opening, the only option at this point is to let the incision heal on its own. Trying to put a stitch in right now will not help and may cause an infection. You are only 6 days out....you will be surprised at how different things look in 3 weeks. The opening may close and scar revision may be unnecessary.

I think it is difficult to pinpoint exactly what cup size you will be, but a good estimate with the 330-360 cc implant volume would be to go from a 32A to 32C or D. Since you have a smaller band size (32) the jump to the next cup comes more rapidly...in other words, a little goes a long way!

If your skin is of good quality, then removing the implants should not cause drooping. Implants replace volume and fill up the skin envelope. When the volume is removed they will be less full for sure. In some cases a lift would be recommended if the nipples are below the inframammary crease. I would seek the opinion of a board certified plastic surgeon and have him or her assess your tissue. They may recommend a wait and see approach (staging) or an immediate lift.

I would recommend though to leave the capsules in if you have not had any problems with capsular contracture (when the scar capsule becomes thicker resulting in firmness and displacement of the implant).
