It is normal to still have tightness and soreness s/p liposuction to the arms. Liposuction can take a couple of months to heal from. It is important to make sure you are wearing your compression garment as your surgeon has directed. You can also do mild arm exercises to help regain your strength in your arms and to also loosen the tightness in your arms. If the tightness persists despite 3 months s/p liposuction, it is best to follow up with your plastic surgeon.

Using a q-tip around the nasal vestibule is a great idea and will help keep the external area clean as it also continues to heal. It is important that you take precaution when putting objecting into the nasal cavity due to possible septum damage. I would highly recommend internal cleaning to help remove crust/scabbing, such as saline rinses or NeilMed rinses for best results.

Your scar(s) appear to be healing well. Please note that you still have a mild amount of swelling present but this will decrease within the next few weeks. I would recommend starting silicone strips/gel to the scars at this time. You can also purchase OTC scar therapy, such as Mederma or Bio Oil. If scar(s) are still raised despite being one month post op, I would start massage therapy to the areas to help alleviate thickening to the scars.

Congratulations on the change and recent weight loss. I would continue as you are to see if you can make further progress and to investigate bariatric surgery if all else fails. Liposuction is best used as a contouring procedure and not for weight loss. If you were to get down closer to the lower 200s then you would be a much better candidate for a tummy tuck which eventually could be the answer.
