The word entitled is probably not the best word. The hope is that you picked a reputable surgeon who stands behind his work and will do what he can to ensure your happiness. Part of the sucess of the procedure is to ensure your expectations and the surgeons are the same. Like any injection it needs to be done in the hands of a well trained injector. sculptra is one of the best options for facial volume loss and skin tightening. If you have seen an experienced doctor and they feel your a good candidate, it is the way to go!

While dysport and botox are said to last 3-4 months, it can really vary based on the person, the dosage, and the area injected. I would think it should last longer than it is. my suggestion would be to try botox on your next visit and see if that last any longer.

Belotero is one of the thinner HA filler products out there. It can be a very good option for an area that is not very volume defficient. If the marrionette lines are very deep, a thicker filler should be used.

So sorry your not happy with your injection. YES is the answer! hyluronidase is the product that can be injected into the filler an get it to dissolve within 24 hours.

Although perlane is technically a dermal filler it can be used at a deeper level in certain areas. The injection of perlane deep into the cheeks is actually a nice way to enhance the cheek without looking unnatural. Generally Radiesse is a better option in that area, as you can accomplish more volume with less product. However perlane will do a nice job, and should last between 8-11 months.

While radiesse can stimulate your body to build its own collagen, radiesse itself is not permanent. The product generally lasts about a year, but some patients will have it a bit longer. however, injection of hyaluronidase to help break up some of the product has been successful in several patients. You may want to discuss that option with your injector so you don't have to live like that for a full year. Good Luck!

Submuscular breast implants always sit high initially. However without knowing your preop appearance or your postop appearance, it is very difficult to comment. At this point in time the only recommendation is to consult with your plastic surgeon to see if they wish for you to begin aggressive massaging of the implants. You may need to undergo a revision if the implants do not settle into the desired position.

Following breast augmentation, I recommend that patients not do anything that will elevate their blood pressure or heart rate for two weeks. For the next several weeks, one should limit significant use of the upper extremities when the implants are placed under the muscle. With this in mind, I would still recommend that you discuss your activities with your plastic surgeon.

The most important aspect of breast surgery is knowing a patient's desired results. To that end, I recommend every patient obtain a picture of what they would like their breast to look like. Based upon the picture, decisions can be made. Based upon your age, federal law prohibits you from having gel implants. The saline implants give a very good result, but I always recommend that they be placed under the muscle.

The best way to determine the proper procedure when a person is undergoing breast surgery, is to be able to see a picture of desired results. I recommend all patients to obtain a picture of what they would like their final results to look like. That picture helps to determine what's surgery needs to be done. Depending upon your desired results, you may or may not be able to achieve them with a Bennelli left.

Dear Diana Marie,The key to breast surgery is knowing a patient's desired results. I strongly encourage every patient to present a picture of what she would like her breast to look like. Based upon the picture, it becomes very easy to determine what is the right operation and the best size and shape of implants. I always recommend a second opinion when there are any questions.
