Thank you for your photos and question. I truly suggest you return to your injector so that they can determine whether the injection pattern they gave you was the correct placement and dose. Without seeing you in person it is difficult to offer advice but I would suggest that you gained a little more lift on your lateral brow than you needed. Usually that can be adjusted with a little well placed botox and your doctor should be able to determine that when you see them for a follow up.

The past few times I have gotten botox, it looks a little harsh to me. My arch looks more like a sever

Thank you for your submitted photo and question. Your concern can be easily addressed with a little more Botox. I suggest you return to your injector so that they can adjust your peak and make a note of future changes to your injection pattern.

Thank you for submitting your question and photo. Ideally the recommendations would be based on a personal evaluation. Some primary suggestions to explore could be:
a) Reduce the width of your lower face by treating the masster muscle with a little Botox.
b) Add hylauronic acid dermal fillers to the upper face to increase the width slightly resulting in a more heart shaped face.
