Cellulite is a structural issue with fibrous bands tethering the skin. It can persist with weight gain or loss. Cellfina is the only treatment that has been proven to work. While IPL can be helpful for mild rosacea, Vbeam targets the redness more specifically. If you have had disappointing results wth IPL I would definitely recommend Vbeam. In fact, I generally use it as my first choice for rosacea. It can cause some temporary swelling. Bruising can usually be avoided with the appropriate settings.

Redness is common from the healing process after surgery and may exacerbate an underlying tendency to flush. Treating with a vascular laser such as the Excel V is effective and safe to use after surgery. In fact, treating surgical scars early can improve the scar and speed healing.

Lasers are very effective at eliminating capillaries and vessels. I couldn't be sure without examining, but these may be a vascular malformation that does deeper. A pulsed dye laser such as the Vbeam would be ideal for the superficial component but may not treat the deeper vessels. Alexandrite or Nd:Yag lasers could reach the deeper vessels to completely clear up these spots.

The pain you are describing is an uncommon but well-described experience for some patients. There are a few things that have been shown to help: compression, ibuprofen and prescription neuron tin (gabapentin). The good news is that the pain always resolves, usually within a week.

Voluma is a great option for mid-face filling and can give very natural results. It can cause some temporary swelling. If it persists more than 2 weeks you may consider having the filler removed with an injection of hyaluronidase.

There is often considerable redness remaining after acne has resolved. V beam is one of the best treatments. You should see improvement after one treatment, and it may be all you need. I would recommend waiting about 6 weeks after a treatment before deciding you need a second one.

CoolSculpting is an excellent treatment for stubborn bulges. We have used it with great results in many patients after pregnancy. Loose skin does not improve significantly with CoolSculpting. For this we use a radiofrequency technique, usually Velashape III to tighten the skin. Reducing volume may give you the results you're looking for. At that point, you can consider whether adding a skin tightening procedure makes sense to achieve your goals.

CoolSculpting is an excellent treatment for arms. We see excellent reduction with a single treatment. In some people, we recommend a second treatment to enhance the result. It is currently not possible to treat under the skin. However, there is new applicator under development which should be out in the next few months. CoolSculpting reliably eliminates fat cells permanently. It is not necessary to begin an exercise or diet program to achieve results with CoolSculpting. Of course diet and exercise will augment your response, but the treatment will remove 25% or fat cells on its own. Ideally you shouldn't gain weight after the procedure to maintain your results. Of course it still possible to gain weight in other areas of the body, so diet and exercise are always a good idea.

Botox is an excellent treatment for platysmal bands. It can be used very safely in the right hands. Small injections are made directly into the bands. When done correctly, there should be no migration to affect the muscles associated with swallowing and breathing.

Botox can be used very successfully to treat creases under the eyes. It works by relaxing the muscles and allowing the skin to flatten out. Fillers can be used to treat wrinkles when the problem is loss of volume. However, this does not seem to be the problem in your case, so Botox would likely be a better option.
