Hi,The scars on the left cheek seem less severe than the more marginated ones on the right.You would benefit from a combination of treatments like fractional Co2 laser, with microneedling RF to lift the deeper scars. PRP could be added for reducing the downtime. It would be good to go with a combination of procedures, as each scar is different, and a customised approach works well. Fillers may be considered for volume improvement, if RF is not adequate.Best,

Hi,I have indeed come across and experienced more roughness of the skin in the first 2- 3 weeks post Volite. It does settle down, provided the injection was not too superficial. If it still persists, you could consider reversing it, or you can check with your doctor if he/ she can try some non invasive RF to even out the filler.

Hi,From the images, it looks like you have had an aggressive session, may have been a high energy 1064, or an aggressive 532. In ethnic skin, aggressive sessions do have a chance of producing PIH – post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), so it is best to start with lower energies, and then build up. Hi,These seem superficial, and should settle down fine. Do reach out to your clinic for a topical steroid/ antibiotic topical application, to be used for a few days. Strict sun protection is important to prevent pigmentation. Hydroquinone and bleaching creams should wait until the burns are completely healed.
