Thanks for your question and if you had great results before, go back to your provider and see what else they might recommend.  Most of us would prefer patients come back to us before things revert totally to baseline if that is feasible – building on the blocks better than starting from scratch again.

Thanks for your question and sorry that you are having this concern after your Radiesse injections.  You cannot push on it to dissolve it – it doesn’t work that way.  It is not common to have headaches from Radiesse so if it persists I would follow up with your provider to see what else may be going on with you.  Good luck.

Thanks for your question and as Dr. Emer has stated, it sometimes takes several treatments with hyaluronidase to dissolve HA fillers in the lips.  Ice and gentle massage can also be done, but make sure you are with an experienced injector who knows how to use hyaluronidase

Thanks for the question and for me, the photo you provided does not help me very much.  Laser hair removal takes 4-6 visits in most cases to make the hair go away – and remember, that this is an average. Some do better and need less treatments and some need more and maintenance is also required.  If you don’t like the way your skin looks, then I would make an appointment with a board certified dermatologist and learn how best to get the skin you want.

Thanks for your question and are we describing lymphedema here?  If so, know that cryolipolysis is FDA cleared to treat fat and that lymph is not fat and there are no studies that I am aware of that this would do anything for you.  Lymphedema is best treated with massage and bandaging, not with cryolipolysis.

Thanks for your question and sorry that you are having these concerns after your Botox injections. We always recommend that you have these injections performed in the offices of board certified dermatologists or plastic surgeons as we are the experts in injecting but also in handling any untoward effects.  Although we cannot make this situation resolve, we can prescribe Iopidine eye drops which will help make things better until the Botox wears off.  Good luck.

Thanks for your question and photo. If these are your lips, most would tell you that you do not need lip fillers.  It’s hard for some docs and others to tell patients that they don’t need a certain procedure but in this case, that seems to be the case. Make an appointment with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon and learn what, if anything, would help make you feel better about your appearance, but not your lips!!

Thanks for your question and the photos. Sorry that you are having these concerns this long after your injections.  We know that Restylane Silk – a really good filler – can cause a great deal of swelling but that will resolve within the first two weeks.  We also know that hyaluronidase is safe and effective and we would recommend that you find a skilled injector to dissolve this and start all over again with someone who seems more apathetic to one’s concerns.  Good luck.

Thanks for the question and I am not aware of any contraindication for using DMSO after Botox treatments.  I would agree waiting a day or two – but you should do just fine

As we are the experts in fat reduction procedures.  You need a consultation and from the photo, you would be a good candidate for CoolSculpting – and know that ice packs do nothing for this – have the consult, learn the facts, and do what is best for you.
