Botox is definitely the product you would want to have injected for a non-surgical brow lift. It will not be a dramatic lift but it will lift them a couple millimeters. Botox does not make you age slower but it does help you age more gracefully.

Ultherapy is a great option to have done post CoolSculpting. Ultherapy uses Ultra-Sound heat to deliver tiny injuries deep in tot the skin which then tightens, lifts and produce new collagen in the face, neck and chest. One treatment is all you need but studies show it is best repeated every 12-18 months. Ulthera is slightly uncomfortable but the procedure goes fairly quick and there is no down.

For optimal results, it is best you follow protocol and receive a procedure every 4-6 weeks. If you were doing Microneedling just for collagen induction I would say do 3 treatments every 4 weeks and then spread them out every few months for maintenance but since you are treating acne scarring the best results will happen if you get more sessions closer together.

By looking at your pictures, I would say a more surgical approach might be needed to get the results you are looking for. CoolSculpting is really for hard to lose bulges of fat instead of all over fat loss. I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to look at all the options that might best suit you.

Botox as a treatment is definitely preventative as well as corrective. If you feel you are already starting to see dynamic creases and wrinkles, I would say you can start getting Botox! No negative side effects will happen to your skin if you ever decided to stop the procedure. The Botox will eventually wear off and your skin will go back to baseline.

You can’t ever change the actual size of your pores, but there are definitely ways to minimize the look and clean them out. Voluma is a great filler for the cheek area and will help rebuild the cheekbone and restore volume that has been lost over the years. Voluma is FDA approved to last up to two years and when it starts to dissolve, your facial structure will return to baseline. Voluma is a safe and effective treatment however, I would not do anything you haven’t done 6 weeks before your wedding.
