Hi Tracylou,i would bet that those bumps are bug bites from the photos! Now that they have been scratched I would be concerned that they are secondarily infected, too. I would recommend that you take Benadryl Otc for the itching and apply a topical antibiotic ointment to the bumps twice a day. If the itching worsens or the bumps get more painful, you should go to your doctor for oral antibiotics.I hope you feel better soon!

The GOLD STANDARD for acne scarring is the Fractionated CO2 Laser. We use the SmartSkin CO2 Laser and have had very good results. There is also an FDA Approved dermal filler for acne scars called Bellafill. Using a combination of treatments is usually the best approach!

I usually recommend that my patients use Aczone in the morning and Epiduo at night, but your doctor may want you to use these medications differently! I recommend giving them a call to make sure that you are using the medications correctly.
