I agree with my colleagues that your lack of smell and taste are likely from your septoplasty and not from the numbing cream. Sometimes if a bit of the anesthetic cream gets into your mouth, it can give a funny taste in your mouth for up to 24 hours but then resolves. The nausea is a common reaction to injections, sometimes accompanied by lightheadedness. Hope this helps.

With Asian skin types, it is very important to down regulate your natural pigment with the hydroquinone prior to the laser treatment. I would follow the advise given to you to continue treatment up until the laser treatment. If you are sensitive to the sun, you should be staying away from direct sun exposure and using a zinc oxide based sunscreen to protect your skin daily from incidental light. My advise would be to listen to YOUR doctor's advice. Hope this helps.

Botox may cause a slight pin prick sensation at the site of injection but is unlikely to have caused these other symptoms. Many people experience an involuntary reaction to the site of needles and even doctor's offices. For anxiety issues, some medication can be taken to "take the edge off" next time. I would discuss this with your doctor ahead of time.

This looks like a typical bruise with either a scar or a benign in the center. The scar tissue prevents the blood from spreading under the skin in that area. This bruise should clear like normal. If something persists in the area , then get it check by your dermatologist
4 Days Post Juvederm Ultra and Duck Like Upper Lip?

It is normal to have some swelling after Juvederm treatment to the lips. I would give this a few more weeks to settle down and do not message as this may prolong some swelling at this point. I do think you could consider a bit more volume in the lower lip if the upper lip continues to stay enlarged. The lower lip should be the same or slightly larger than the top. Hope this helps.

Well, we certainly have many choices to help improve the level of sun damage that you have seen in your face scan. Along with some long term retinoid therapy, there are thankfully many treatments including TCA chemical peels, Fraxel Dual laser and IPL that can definitely reduce these signs. Of course, good sun protection and avoidance can help prevent getting more damage as well. Hope this helps.

Discolorations and scars on the lower extremities are some of the hardest to treat. Legs can take years to improve compared to other areas such as the trunk and face that heal relatively quickly. I suspect that the red around the scar is from the Fraxel laser and should eventually resolve. Time will tell whether the surgical scar will continue to improve or not. It sounds like you have taken appropriate steps so far.
