Hi Likelotus, Is this your first injection? If so, in my experience, you often need a 2nd treatment at 3 months. Hopefully then you only need the injections every 9 months or so. It takes a while to see a difference in this area which is completely different to areas like the crows feet and forehead areas. Its well worth going back to your treating physician and discussing this with them. Good luck Dr Dawes-Higgs.

Hi Brendon, it should be OK. However, if it doesn’t heal up or it changes in any way then it would be best to get it checked with your local doc.

Great question. Wouldn’t we all love to know! The one thing though is it won’t be 6 syringes into her lips. I’ve been watching her transformation and it has been amazing. I must say her treating physician has done a great job as they have kept her facial features in proportion so that her lips still ‘fit’ her face. They’ve achieved this by putting a few syringes into other areas of her face such as her cheeks and outer eyebrows. She has also had a procedure to slim down her face at the angle…
