Yes the BOTOX will weaken your masseter muscle thereby "slimming" your "round" face. The first time you do it, you will likely return two weeks later for a check to see if you need additional BOTOX.

From your photos, you look like a good candidate for the "soft" filler Belotero. Cannula use decreases the risk of bruising. The entry point will likely be your upper cheek. It is rare for Belotero to be bumpy if injected correctly with a cannula. If a small facial bruise occurs, it should resolve within 7-10 days.

You are a good candidate for Infini- RF (radiofrequency) Microneedling . All skin types can be treated with little risk of pigment/color abnormalities after treatment. What’s the best treatment for my acne scars mostly on my forehead?

After looking at your photos, you have mostly "box car" acne scars. "Box car" acne scars are oval to round with elevated vertical sides. They leave the skin with a pitted and uneven appearance. Laser resurfacing with a carbon dioxide laser and/or microneedling with radiofrequency (eg. Infini) would help.

After looking at your photos, I would recommend a filler like Restylane Refyne and/or Fractionated microneedling with radiofrequency, like Infini. Keep up with your good skin care regimen as well...sunscreen and retinol.

The pins are most likely titanium which are ok. If you can have an MRI....the orthopedic surgeon did not tell you that you could not have an MRI in the future....you can have Emsculpt on your abdomen and butocks.

You might want to try Lutronic's Infini which is fractionated microneedling radiofrequency device. It is less likely to cause pigmentation compared to CO2 laser. You will typically need 3-4 treatments over time. The good news is the downtime is minimal as the energy is delivered directly into the dermis, leaving the epidermis alone. It has been a "game changer" in our practice for acne scarring.
