I have seen this in one patient in the Uk and i would recommend you go back immediately to the Doctor. It is very difficult to see if the puffiness is on the upper or lower lid. Puffiness or ptosis of the upper lid is normally caused when the patient has a heavy brow to begin with and the frontatis (forehead muscle) stops working. I have used botox for the last 14 years in the UK. The average length of time botox lasts is 12-16 weeks.I tell patients 12 weeks. You don’t suddenly wake up with wrinkles, but after 8-10 weeks you will gradually notice movement re-occurring. Its important to truely benefit from botox and its therapeutic benefits reschedule at 12 weeks.The procedure is repeated and long term the muscles atrophy providing a beautiful age preventing result.I hope this helps. Personally I like using lasers such as pixel, erbium, fraxel or sublative. By Syneron under the eyes, The results are resurfacing and new collagen being produced. You may need 1-3 visits but certainly a good long term choice.

Hi I agree with you not the result I would expect however I haven’t got seen your before pictures, As a dentist we would prefer our own patients coming back to us and telling us their problems, so I would advise you to see your orthodontist who treated you as I believe he would be more than happy to correct your alignment.What retention was used?
