The doctor should not only make the session effective, but also avoid supercooling of the skin. Due to cell death, the apoptotic bodies into which the cell itself decays are absorbed by the phagocytes and removed from the treated area into the lymph. This process is gradual, therefore excessive intoxication of the body with the products of the decomposition of adipose tissue is excluded.

The result of the procedure appears after a 3-4-month course. Coolsculpting can reduce fat fold by 40%. On the one hand, it comes from the reduction of the cells themselves, on the other – because of their active decay. Fatty tissue is burned gradually, so that the physiological naturalness of the result is achieved. From the outside, this manifests itself in the elasticity of the skin in the area of cryolipolysis.

How is coolsculpting performed?

Coolsculpting, like all serious cosmetic procedures, should begin with a doctor’s examination. He must confirm the patient’s readiness for the procedure, make sure there are no contraindications. Then a zone is planned for which the cryolipolysis procedure will be carried out.

There are no restrictions – coolsculpting is carried out on the hands, legs, back, abdomen, buttocks. Reviews about the procedure are different, but almost all of them claim discomfort in the area in which cryolipolysis takes place. Usually, after 10 minutes, discomfort disappears and the patient can do something, for example, read a book.

The procedure of cryolipolysis is not accompanied by a tangible discomfort. Perhaps a slight sense of coldness (because only negative fat cells react to minus temperature).

Massage of the treated area is performed to prevent strong swelling, but minor swelling and redness still remain.
