With coolsculpting, you may start to see changes as quickly as four weeks after your treatment. However, you will experience the full results of the treatment at about two months. As long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle, long term results should be seen.

It can take upto three months to see the results from coolsculpting. The very earliest signs of improvement will be seen after 1 month but it really just getting started at that point. My recommendation would be that you go back to the office after 2-3 months and have your after photos taken.

Coolsculpting can only treat subcutaneous fat, so if you can’t pinch fat under the skin, the treatment won’t do much. If you can pinch fat, a Coolsculpting treatment will reduce the amount of fat in that area.
