If you are talking about the small white bumps on your upper and lower lip, these may just be typical benign oil glands called fordyce spots. These are unrelated to filler. They are not dangerous but will typically reoccur.

This appears more red than black/brown. It is possible you had trauma to this area and a small collection of blood filled up. If so, this should go away in a few weeks. However, It's best to have anything that's new or changing on your body evaluated in person by a dermatologist so they can examine it better.
