If you’re still not seeing an improvement, schedule a follow-up visit with your provider to discuss. Bruising isn’t permanent, but it can take longer to clear up for some than others. Hello, and thank you for sharing your question. Right now, EMSCULPT is only FDA-approved for use on the abdomen and butt and can’t be used on the chest and other areas at the moment. It works by emitting electromagnetic energy to stimulate what are called supramaximal muscle contractions. This is what helps your body to build muscle while burning fat at the same time. Unfortunately, we are not sure if this same technology would be safe and effective on other areas of the body just yet.

Microneedling can take several sessions to see significant results. And even with multiple treatment sessions, it can take weeks or months to see the full results of microneedling. Have you considered a repeat treatment? If not, you should consult with your dermatologist to see if he or she recommends coming in again for another session. Each treatment should compound on the results of the previous treatments. Be patient and consider further treatment for the best results.
