Biography: Michelle (Dyment) Doran grew up on the North Shore, MA and attended UMass at Amherst, graduating Cum Laude with a BS in Nursing. She completed a new graduate nursing internship at NYU Medical for 1 year. Then, she became a Cardiothoracic RN at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston until 2001.

Michelle obtained her MS in Nursing from BC in 2001, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She is board certified as Adult/Geriatric and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Michelle had been providing primary care and palliative care for the past 16 years prior to opening RN Esthetics.

Michelle is the Clinical Director and trainer at RN Esthetics. Biography: Linda Vecchione is an Advanced Nurse Clinician providing Medical Esthetics in Lynnfield. She received her BSN graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern University. Her MSN was granted by Salem State University. Finally, she attained her MEd at Framingham State University. Linda has an extensive nursing history including working at Tufts Medical Center in critical care, NICU and the ER. Linda was a lead school nurse at North Reading school system.

Linda’s Esthetic training is extensive. She received Botox and Dermal Filler training from the Aesthetic Institute of MA. She worked and trained with Dr. Joseph A. Val believes every person deserves the most beautiful skin possible. No matter what your skin has been through, she believes it can be improved with the proper treatment and attention. As a Master Esthetician, Val strives to create a comfortable and healing environment to clients through result oriented skin care and wellness. We believe strongly that any client coming into our Skin Health and Wellness Center should have a consultation with our Master Estheticians to invest in their skin health in the clinic and at home.

Biography: Caroyln is a Master Esthetician who joined our team in June, 2015. She has been in the skin industry for over 10 years and was the lead Esthetician at Elizabeth Grady Spa in Danvers, MA. She received her Class 1, Type 6 Esthetics license from Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics. Her laser certification is from the National Laser Institute. Carolyn is a Certified Laser Technician in addition to be a Fabulous Esthetician. Carolyn is a dedicated skin care expert. She can customize a treatment plan to target any skin concerns. She is passionate about Age Management and Acne challenges. Carolyn is certified in chemical peels, Hydrafacials, Microdermabrasion, Laser hair reduction, Microneedling, Waxing and brow artistry. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and Aesthetic Student at Catherine Hinds in Woburn, MA. Jules is also a certified Phlebotomist and assists with PRP treatments. She is extremely versed in Skin Medica products and services. Jules can help educate about various treatment options and services including Cool Sculpting, Ultherapy, Peels, Hydrafacials, Acne Services and Injectables. Biography: Danielle Jesoraldo joined the RN team in April 2017. Her passion for esthetics started as a young girl and has expanded into a career wearing many hats. Continuing her education, she has been certified in dermaplaning, laser safety, eyelash extensions and airbrush make-up. She became a licensed esthetic instructor in 2014 and returned to Catherine Hinds Institute helping students launch their career in this ever changing field. Balancing teaching and working in a clinical setting drives Danielle’s passion as a master esthetician. With 7 years experience under her belt Danielle is excited to see what comes next as she continues her journey with the RN team. She is certified in hydrafacials, laser hair removal, dermaplaning, waxing, microneedling, and chemical peels. Danielle specializes in educating clients of all ages on proper skincare and customizing their treatments and products to ensure each and every person feels beautiful from the inside out.

Biography: Tara, our Practice Manager, moved to Massachusetts in 2013 with her family from Seattle, WA. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. She began her career working with people with developmental disabilities. She then moved on to managing the Social Work Department at a nursing home. After having her son and spending time with him at home she continued her career as an Assistant Manager in Cosmetics and Fragrance at a local luxury retailer. Tara has a passion for working with people from greeting our clients when they first walk in the door and making them feel comfortable to educating them on our medical grade skin care when they check out. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband Mitch, son Collin, dog Mason and cat Jake. She also loves to try out new recipes and entertain friends and family at home in Danvers.
