Biography: Carla is a master nurse injector that has been with Pure for over 6 years performing neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with an artistic eye. She takes her time to consult with each patient to make sure expectations and goals of each individual patient are met. She understands that everyone is different and makes sure that you are confident with her recommendations!

Carla graduated from East Carolina University in North Carolina with a dual undergraduate degree in Biology and Nursing. She loves injectables because it helps turn the clock back and makes people feel better about themselves!

Biography: Kara received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree and PA certification from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She has happily called NC her home for the past 13 years.

Kara has been a Physician Assistant for over 20 years and has practiced in a variety of medical settings including Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care, Orthopedics, and Psychiatry.

In her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband and 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter and their cat, Kingsley. Her hobbies include cooking, hiking, practicing yoga and watching her son play soccer and her daughter cheer.

In her free time, she loves to hangout with her dog Bentley, improving her social media skills and being a personal stylist. She has an overall passion for building people’s self-confidence, whether it be in their personal wardrobe or their physical appearance.
