Age spot treated with liquid nitrogen

This question is a few years old now but it remains relevant as these types of lesions much be checked by a dermatologist before they are treated. Spreading lesions with darker areas can be suggestive of sun spots or more sinister things that must be excluded first.

What’s the best treatment to remove brown, age spots?

Since you are having peeling you might want to ask your therapist to use a slightly stronger acid on these spots, for example TCA. This will reach deeper down in the skin and cause a stronger peel on these areas. They will go really dark brown and will peel.
Otherwise some simple cautery with the hyfrecator will achieve results with a similar downtime, around five days.

I’m 37 and I have severe Seborrheic Keratosis. Are there any medications, creams or surgery

These can be caused by sun exposure or sudden stress, often when your immune system is a bit down. Normally we remove them with electrocautery (the hyfrecator). This doesn’t hurt; we use ice or local anaesthetic as a numbing agent. I would also consider looking into other factors, such as your general health, nutrient intake, healthy fats intake, alcohol intake and stress levels. There are some interesting homeopathic agents that work specifically on lumps and bumps – so don’t give up.
What is the best way to remove an extremely dark possibly irregular age spot close to my eye

Any new spots or lesions on the face should be checked out first before removing them. Yes, once they have been declared to be simple age spots they can be removed by several non-invasive methods such as laser, cautery or peeling. Check with a qualified doctor especially when you have pigmented skin as there is a risk of hyper or hypo pigmentation. Surgery should be the last resort.
Can I have laser age spot removal on thin skin over silastic cheek implants?

Age spots appear on the top part of the skin. Laser or any other treatment will be fine. Make sure that the spot is checked first to exclude anything more serious. Cautery with a gentle electrical heating current is easy, non-painful and precise. Normally one treatment is sufficient.
I metabolize Radiesse too quickly. Are there other fillers that are not metabolized as quick
fast metabolism

Feb 20, 2020
I suspect that the filler is still there and not metabolised. The body will take about two years to remove the calcium microspheres. However because you are very young and your face has a good tissue tone to it, I suspect that the filler is just not working to change the shape of your face. You may try another filler although it is likely that you experience the same thing – lack of result.
I’m getting filler in my cleft chin. Which one has produced the best results?
FILLER FOR CLEFT CHIN
Feb 20, 2020
Feb 20, 2020
Any filler with a high G prime (viscous) would work. Sometimes that little cleft has an attachment at the base making the job a bit harder for the injector and resulting in a less than expected result. The injector should be able to break down any tissue attachments with the needle or cannula that they are using. This might result in a bit of bruising and a bit more swelling but the results will be better and longer lasting.
