Broad Band Light therapy(from Sciton) has been known to be effective for active acne and early scar prevention and early treatment. Also you may combine with oral antibiotics.

Topical Retin-A might be a good option to reduce new scar, but it is very minimal. Laser(ProFraction) or microneedling is better than topical cream to reduce scars. Especially old scar should respond best with laser,

Dark spot looks like black comedon. It needs to be extracted physically. Be careful not to make scar. You may go to clinic to extract blackcomedon without making scar.

Hello,

After 3month your body has not yet fully recovered. You have been pregnant for 10months with gradual swelling; it takes 10months or 1year at least until you are fully recovered. Some women recover faster than others, but still.....

It took me for even more than one year to recover fully after childbirth.

I would recommend you to wait at least one year more less.

I guess your photos before and after are necessary. Are the photos posted above are after? It would be very important to compare your photos before and after.

I was told hyperplasis very rare in which case your lumps could be liposuctioned safely; it would be covered by Zeltiq since this is very unpredictable .

I guess you ask about flat brown pigmentation after your acne resolves. Triluma is very helpful for short term(use less than 1 month, 2-4times/week if your skin tolerates) if your skin is dark, and then change it to Hydroquine, and Tretinoin until it resolves completely. Sunblock is very important. Or you can start with Hydroquine and Tretinoin if your skin is not dark. Also you may combine with Fotofacial.If the lesion is very recent one, couple of BBL...
