Name: Denise Norton, MD

Statement: Dr. Denise Norton is a board-certified general surgeon who has been practicing in Denver, Colorado since 1989.

As cofounder of Evexias Medical Centers, her priority is to give patients a novel approach to healthcare, with a focus on balancing hormones. Biography: Sharla grew up in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, but has lived in Colorado for over a decade. Sharla joined the team in 2017 and brought a unique set of skills to our practice, and we are excited to have her. Sharla is a trained RDH, and for the last 18 years, she’s worked in the medical/dental field where she administered nerve blocks. After becoming very comfortable around facial nerves and vessels, she developed a new passion for cosmetic injections and started pursuing training in that area. Every chance she gets, she attends new educational seminars to learn more. Sharla is a certified Botox and Filler injector and has been injecting since 2015. She is also a Sclerotherapy Injector, and a has a phlebotomy degree. She is married and has one son, and when she’s not working, Sharla’s passions include skiing, snowboarding, family time and continuing education.

Biography: Kris has been with Dr. Norton since 2005 and has worked in the healthcare industry for the last 25 years. She’s responsible for running the business side of the practice, including HR, Marketing, Budgeting, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and managing policies and procedures. Kris has made Colorado her home since 1978 where she attended Metropolitan State College of Denver. Kris is married with four children and four grandchildren. She’s a new empty nester and adjusting to a much quieter household after raising four very busy and sports-driven kids. Now she enjoys traveling with her husband, riding Harleys on the weekend, Boating, watching sports (especially hockey), camping, reading, going to musicals and spending time with family and friends, especially those very cute grandkids!

Biography: Anna moved to Colorado from a small town near Green Bay, Wisconsin after marrying a Colorado native. She loved living near the mountains but missed Lake Michigan. In late 2018, her husband took a job in nearby New Mexico but luckily for us, technology allows us to utilize Anna’s great personal skills from afar. Anna works remotely and helps us answer phones, follows up with patients and schedules appointments. Occasionally she comes back to Colorado to work in the office, and we love seeing her smiling face again!

Anna attended Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She enjoys skiing, both on the water and snow, snowboarding, boating, traveling, biking, and spending time with friends and family.
