Just by looking at your photos you seem to be a good candidate for liposuction of the neck area. Traditional liposuction will remove the fat by will leave loose skin. I would suggest researching & consulting with plastic surgeons that have the Smartlipo Triplex system. With the Smartlipo Triplex, it will remove the fat & stimulate your collagen to tighten your skin. We have treated a lot of men with the Smartlipo Triplex for neck liposuction.

Absolutely CoolSculpting works for bra rolls. We have treated that area a lot on women. I would highly recommend having a consultation with a provider. At your consultation they can even take the area you want treated and do a “test suction” to make sure the fat will drawn into the applicator enough to get a nice result.

Yes, Botox works well in the DAO muscles to lift the corners of your mouth. It typically takes 2 weeks to see the full benefit of Botox. After that time frame and you still see marionette lines you might consider an injectable filler to smooth out the lines.

There is no way to determine how you will bruise, if you do. If you have taken aspirin, anti-inflammatories, vitamin E or fish oil within 2 weeks of your treatment it increases your chances for bruising. We have seen patients that only bruise where applicator was placed, some bruised on surrounding tissue and some didn’t bruise. I would suggest staying away from medication that are blood thinners as I mentioned above. That may help.
