Yes a lot of patients share same attitude that they like to do something less invasive particularly in follow up. I think the best is that you discuss with your physician about the question you have. CS is possible on the stomach area and it gives 20-25% decreased fat each treatment. “Flat” is not achievable for everybody. Ask for your doctor opinion. Best Parham Gharagozlou MD

My doctor claims the new CoolSculpting attachments do not form the stick of butter effect.

It depends on lots of things but my experience is that the new ones make less frozen butter effect on the outside due to different applicator shape and less time that it is applied.
Some people may have a bit but the cups are less deep.

I think – looking at your pictures – that you probably have good results from coolsculpting. As long as you have pinchable fat and you no history of cold related problems you should be good candidate. Try seeing a coolsculpting professional that you can locate from their website. Darkening is the response you want to see that means it is working. Give it 2-3 more weeks.
I am not sure if immidiately before or after IPL I would recommend Retin A.

It seems that as usual they went higher on energy every time and passed the healing point and gave you a bit of hyperpigmentation. options include serious sun protection use items with SPF more than 30 multiple times a day that has zinc oxide at least 7% in them. then use lightening agents like hydroquinone 4%. see the supervising physician in the place you did then IPL. I would do the hair for sure. based on how your sun damage look (freckles) ask your doctor if you are a good candidate for IPL. IPL works nicely on sun damage.

It depends on your goals and the finances involved.
ideally you should have combination therapy using filler, Botox, and then treatments to tighten skin and decrease wrinkles. many options are available. I like Co2 resurfacing and ultherapy. however other more involved options like thread lift or formal lift can be considered.

Many options are available for you. This is based on how aggressive you want to do your rejuvenation and how you feel about surgical options as well as how much money and time you want to invest.

A good sun screen would have SPF better than 30 and 7% or more of Zinc Oxide. I use Image products. People like ultimate and tanned best. As far as laser for brown spots I hope they are doing the right thing. Yes there are some bronw spots that some lasers are good for them but mainly brown spots treated with IPL. Talk to your doctor or supervising physician.

I agree with Dr. Wilson totally. Botox on DAO and Restylane (I would use Refyne for this area – minor diference) for the actual lines will. make you happy. Your picture shows mid face volume loss and using something more structural there like Restylane Lyft should bring things up on the cheeks and decrease appearance of nasolabial folds (laugh lines). I agree with Dr. Wiener. The hair removal works really good with this machine it will take time. face in biological males take very many sessions and you have to be very dedicated. Most people treat multiple areas at same time period. It also decreases trip to the facility as well

Yes as others said I echo that combination therapy is best for you. different anti-wrinkle topical regimens are widely available (creams) then combination of botox and fillers as well as RF microneedling and different resurfacing options like Co2 or Erbium can be considered.
