Hi, thank you for your question. Coolsculpting would be an option but I find that Coolsculpting does not address skin tightening after it eliminates fat. We have the Trusculpt ID in our office and it offers a 24% fat reduction AND address skin tightening as well, just after one treatment. I hope this information helps.

Hi, thank you for your question. Many patients who undergo Ultherapy also have had Botox and/or fillers before or after procedure. We typically would not treat the same day but there is no reason not to. I have not seen Ultherapy dissolve fillers. I hope this information helps. Good luck!

Hi, thank you for your question. If you are doing Ultherapy first, you may do a thread lift shortly after, even a day after. IF you are doing a thread lift first, then you should definitely wait at least 6 weeks for the Ultherapy treatment because you do not want to melt the threads. I recommend Ultherapy first. Hi, thank you for your question. Botox comes in a vial in powder form. It does need to be reconstituted with saline. Each practice can dilute it differently depending on the patient's goals. Typically, a 100u vial will be reconstituted with 2.5 ml of normal saline and a 50u vial will be reconstituted with 1.25 ml of normal saline. I hope this information helps. Good luck.

Hi, thank you for your question. I would wait another week to see if the swelling goes down. Keep in mind that swelling and bruising is quite normal for 1-2 weeks post injection. If after that time frame you continue to feel dissatisfied, then you could have the product dissolved. I hope this information helps! Good luck!

Hi, thank you for your question. Botox and Dysport do work similarly but they are different enough that one could work better for you than the other. For instance, Dysport contains smaller protein particles which is why you could see it start to work within 3 days vs 7 days for Botox. Dysport is diluted differently as well and also has an increased ability to spread over areas than Botox. If Dysport has been working well for you, then you should probably just keeping using it. Hi, thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, it appears to be a vein that was probably there before. If there is no significant pain associated with it, it is likely nothing to worry about. If you are very concerned, I recommend returning to your injector. I hope this information helps. Good luck!

Hi, thank you for your question. It is safe to proceed with additional Botox. Sometimes patients need touch up treatments. Peak results post injection can be seen at 2 weeks so it is likely you did not receive enough. It is difficult to predetermine how many units you need to achieve your desired results which is why I always have my patients come in 2 weeks post injection for a complimentary follow up and possible touch up. Hi, thank you for your question! While some people start to see results as early as the next day, peak results are visible at two weeks. You will likely not experience any further muscle relaxation after that point. We have our patients return two weeks after their treatment to assess their results via photographs. Hi, thank you for your question. It is definitely not too late to get Botox for your wedding! Botox can help soften creased that are formed from lifting your eyebrows, frowning and smiling. Keep in mind, if you have pre-existing etched in wrinkles, Botox may only help soften them over multiple treatments.

Hi, thank you for your question. Usually in this area, patients need anywhere from 15-30 units. Men usually require a higher dose because of increased muscular activity in that area.
