Thank you for the inclusive photos. Fillers will give you the structure back and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) will balance out the color, texture and tone. Together combined in a level 2 Vampire facelift you should get what your looking for. PRP can be placed safely where filler is not used for a nice finish. If you need more color revision lasers are indicated but should be completed before any fillers.

Hello Suzieg, Pain can be frustrating, depending on the placement of the applicator and type of applicator used. Isolate cutaneous (skin) nerves can become inflammed during the process of fat removal. This was seen with the older hand pieces. Your provider will be able to manage this for you. Just contact them and explain the situation. This problem normaly resolves within 3-4 weeks after the initial treatment.

Thank you for the pictures. It looks like you have had this for a while and this can be quite frustrating. Your skin type shows that the inflammation is causing hyper-pigmentation or dark spots as a result of the acne. If you treat the acne the dark areas will lighten. Clean your face with a mild product like Cetophil twice a day. Acne break outs can be troublesome. Steroids can cause a rebound effect. Over the counter benzoyl peroxide with salicylate help acute flair ups. Differin is a low dose retinol you can use to treat your acne. Rember use at night on clean skin and always wear sunblock during the day.
