Coolsculpting treatment should work in any suitable location resulting in a 20-25% reduction in the fat cells in the areas treated whether one area is treated or several. This said, patients often will focus on one area at a time (ie, treat the entire abdomen) and treat to completion (usually a series of two treatments about 3 months apart) instead of treating multiple areas (ie, abdomen, flanks, arms, etc) to see the most impressive results one area at a time before moving to the next area.

We know that regular fat cells typically do not regenerate. Coolsculpting eliminates 20-25% of fat cells on average and these cells typically do not return. It sounds as if the Botox placement may have been too low at the brow. Fortunately the Botox will wear off after 3-4 months on average. In the meantime, you could consider discussing eye drops that may help open your right eyelid. Consider having an evaluation by an experienced injector and asking about this option.
