You are a candidate for a breast lift and during that procedure the areolar size can be adjusted to a diameter that's more youthful and appropriate for your breasts. Achieving your goal weight prior to surgery would be ideal, as weight changes after surgery can affect the long-term result of any body contouring procedure.

There's nothing "wrong" with your breasts, but they are small for your body and have very little tissue between the nipples and the bottom of your breasts. This is likely a variant of a tubular breast. These issues can be addressed with breast implants. I suggest making an appointment with a plastic surgeon to discuss breast augmentation and your implant options.
