Congratulations on your surgery! I tell my patients to wait 3 months prior to assessing cup size because the swelling can take 3-6 months to resolve. Hang in there and talk to your surgeon about what to expect postoperatively.

Based on your anatomy seen in this limited photo you may be a candidate for a brachioplasty with liposuction to achieve good contour. Weight loss alone will likely improve the bulk but the excess skin will have to be dealt with if it does not retract. This is not a straightforward question because it greatly depends on how much herniation you have. This is usually part of a complex breast anatomy known as tuberous breast deformity. This can range from a small amount of constriction medially to an elevated fold with very little skin and herniating areola. Thank you for your question. This can certainly be done however there are some draw backs to it and you will have a difficult time finding a plastic surgeon who is comfortable with this approach. If you do not want scars on the breast you can have the implants placed through a small incision in the armpit. This method is becoming widely used. Thank you for your question! While marijuana does not contain nicotine, which is what causes decreased blood flow, it may contain a variety of other ingredients which can harm your lungs. Generally speaking these combined procedures can safely be done as an outpatient and you go home that same night. Congratulations on your surgery. The tissue is very prone to swelling especially when standing for prolonged periods of time. It is important to note that it will slowly (some slower than others) improve over the course of 3 months. If pain persists or perhaps worsens over time I recommend returning to your surgeon for an exam.

Your question is very common following tummy tuck. There are many internal sutures and take time to go down. The goal is to have the pain slowly improve and most importantly not be getting worse. You are still very early in your recovery process and I encourage you to reach out to your plastic surgeon to let him/her know how you are feeling.
