Kenalog can break up collagen deposits. It is used to treat keloids and hypertrophic scars..Bellafill causes collagen deposition around the beads.. It could take a month or so to see the full effect of one kenalog injection so in order to not dissolve too much collagen it is wise to wait at least a month between treatments. I dont know of any studies or reviews on collagen injections for bellafill overtreatment.
Why was I told Bellafill is not good for atrophic acne scars but Sculptra is better?

I prefer bellafill for acne scars and from your photo it looks like many of your scars could be treated with bellafill.
Does you dermatologist use both Sculptra and Bellafill.? Some prefer one over the other and that could be the reason he hose Sculptra.

I rarely if ever inject more than one syringe in an area per visit.. Its better to go slowly since bellafill is permanent and I dont want to over treat someone. I would inject monthly until the desired result is achieved.

Theoretically bellafill can be removed surgically. You would have to consult a plastic surgeon or maxillo-facial surgeon. Another option to try is injecting cortisone into the areas as bellafill stimulates collagen injection and intralesional injection of collagen can dissolve some of the excess collagen.. It would take several session.
Is the spread of Dysport normal?

It can take up to two weeks to see full effect from dysport but I suspect that these areas will need additional treatment. the lines above the eyes are tricky to treat as too much dysport there can drop the brow . It is easy to treat the lines near the hair line. go back after two weeks if they are still present. Not everyone gets lines high on the forehead so some docs dont routinely treat near the hair line. Its better to undertreat and retreat than to overtreat.
2 rounds of Accutane and my acne has come back - what can be done?

Acne can recur after taking accutane. accutane can also cause some mood swings and very rarely depression.. this is dose dependent. Females can take spironolactone for acne when it recurs.
Also low dose accutane can clear your face with fewer side effects.. I sometimes put a patient on 20 mg 3 times a week.. This works well but must be continued. Females are still required to have a urine pregnancy test monthly. Go back to your dermatologist and discuss the options.
Is laser lipo the same as Smart Lipo or any other type of laser lipo? Or are they all different?

Laser lipo or smart lipo was developed to give more skin tightening but after using the laser in addition to lipo did seem to give better results than just tumescent lipo using a power assisted cannula. Burns from the laser were possible although rare.
I have an abnormal EKG I'm very active, would laser lipo be more of a safer procedure for me instead

If you have an abnormal EKG you should see a cardiologist who will evaluate your heart and tell you whether its safe to have liposuction

I do not think that having a Nexplanon implant would be a contraindication to having liposuction.
I would tell my doctor that I have an implant but he should say its OK.

I guess theoretically you could have both done at the same time but I doubt anyone would do that. There is considerable drainage after liposuction. The dressings are bulky. I would not recommend doing both at the same time

You should see considerable improvement from liposuction surgery. The results wont be as tight as a pubic lyft but they should be sufficient to make you happy

You certainly can have only your upper and lower abdomen done to get a flat stomach but doing the waist would give you a nicer figure. You would of course have to consider the price difference if there is one.

Most dermatologists determine price by how many units are injected.. Patients understand botox units better than dysport so when asked we generally answer in botox equivalent units when using dysport.
so if you are getting 30 dysport units we might say that is equivalent to 10 botox units and we charge for instance 12 dollars per botox unit.
Can I get Dysport/Botox while on a muscle relaxer?

I think you could still get dysport if you were on a muscle relaxer. It should not affect your result
